Gina Donnelly's Anthem for Dissatisfaction
We are delighted for Anthem for Dissatisfaction by Gina Donnelly to receive the Solas Nua New Voices Award from this year's Dublin Fringe Festival. The award is chosen for a writer who speaks to contemporary social, political or cultural issues. Anthem is a compelling look at economic austerity of working class families. The issue is beautifully woven throughout a brother/sister story, united by the music which comforts and fuels them during hard financial realities.
